<<<< [Good Morning, this is Leighann Morris, Art Fag City Art News Blogger, with a Breaking News Update on what Nate Hill is doing right now. He had a good breakfast from Bagelworks. Their bagels are made fresh daily, and if you go in the morning, they will still be warm. On the weekends, there is a long line for the bagels, and he doesn't wait in the line. People enjoy the warm bagels straight out of the oven, but he would rather not wait for a bagel in a long line out the door, even if they are worth it. A little tough on the outside, but nice and soft on the inside. Nate Hill loves that taste, too. And there's a cute girl working there that he likes, but she is too young. They have amazing apple crumb cake, and if he can get her to package the cake, it makes the cake even better, he thinks. I think he just likes her to handle the cake. Anyways, regardless of who handles it, it is in his top three desserts right now. The other two are red velvet cake from Amy Ruth's in Harlem and just plain old Haggen Dazs Dulce de Leche ice cream. The Haggen Dazs is especially good because it's available at a few bodegas by his house. He learned to stir the ice cream into a soft serve from his Grandpa years ago, and the caramel makes it a nice syrupy consistency. As long as Nate Hill can remember, Grandpa "Spiz" (as he was known) ate ice cream everyday of his life. RIP Grandpa "Spiz". We are following this story of Nate Hill very closely, and will return with more shortly. For Art Fag City Art News, this has been Leighann Morris.] >>>> This Week's Art Events at the L Magazine
